I got my Yeti mug, but it came with a regular lid instead of the magslide one that was pictured on the store's site. Gotta give a shoutout to Icky for their top-notch customer service; the right lid showed up today without a hitch. My wife is thrilled since the color she wanted is hard to find elsewhere. Kudos to Secretspot!

I placed an order for a jacket from Secret Spot on Christmas Day. It showed up quickly on the 29th.

Unfortunately, the jacket I got wasn’t the one I had chosen.

I reached out to Secret Spot, and they promptly refunded me for both the item and the return shipping fees.

I’ll surely shop there again. They’ve got some amazing products, and the service I experienced was really impressive all the way through.

I've been ordering boards and other items from this store, and they’ve always been super nice and accommodating. Recently, I had a warranty issue with some wetsuit boots, and they got back to me and arranged a replacement with the manufacturer in less than a day! The true test of a great business is how they handle issues, and these folks have totally blown me away.

We were on the hunt for a Red Paddleboard 10' 6" and got the same story from every supplier out there—no stock and maybe next year. We signed up on a bunch of websites to get alerts for when new inventory came in. Just a week later, we got an email saying they had stock! I've ordered several items from this company over the years and have always been really pleased with not just the service level but also their expertise in all things surfing. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I felt the team at Secret Spot really earned this shout-out since they went above and beyond on this last order. I got a new wetsuit based on the size guide from the brand, and it arrived the next day but was too big. The surf was firing and was set to be great for the week, so I was in a bit of a bind for my new suit. I called them up, and they sent me the right size right away; it showed up the next day, and I was out paddling, totally stoked on the epic waves. Great job, folks! I'd love to take you out for a drink sometime!

I purchased a wetsuit from Japan and had a few special requests and worries. The customer service at Secretspot did an amazing job responding to all my inquiries quickly. The product was dispatched right after I made the payment, and despite the challenges posed by corona and Brexit, the wetsuit reached Japan in about ten days.
